Renewable Energy

Aim: To make a solar powered oven.

Materials: 

1.   a pizza box
2.   cellotape
3.   a tin paper
4.   a piece black plastic 
5.   news paper
6.   scissors
7.   vivid
8.  stick
9.  glad wrap

Steps:

1.   cut a square on the top of pizza box, left little bit,just like a lib.
2.   put  tin paper top of inside box.
3.   on the tin paper put on plastic film.
4.   beneath the top the other side put black plastic ,side face same,use tape tape it.
5.   make news paper like stick,make four and put in the box and put it beside box edge.
6. put pizza and wait.

renewable energy

Aim: To make a presentation that investigates different renewable energy's.

Section 1: Title Page

Make a title page that incorporates all renewable energy 's Hydro, Solar, Wind and Wave.

Section 2: Definitions

Define and provide a picture of each energy type.
1.Hydro Energy

Hydro use the drop power of water make power for work and make electric.

Use high drop power to make power,is look like dam,and it did a dam job. Flowing water from high down to low,make power.It be seen once renewable energy ,because water cycle are work and didn't stop.

2.Solar Energy 

 Solar energy is from sun make power,is from sun shine make power and is a tech of battery and solar can to make hot water but is not make electric ,is other tech of solar.Solar board had lot in one place look every spectacular .

3.Wave energy
Use wave on the ocean make electric,use for make power and pumping in ocean,make salt water be fresh water lot of place to use,it is a renewable energy with solar ,hydro,wind .

4.Wind
wind,is use wind to rotate windmill make electric ,long time ago the wind power is use for make flour and is don't need very close ocean or had sun every day just need wind,if you made the windmill more high the wind  power is more strong .(ON the ocean the wind is very strong)

STEPS

1. use tape  set  small plastic round disc with stick,once stick use two  small plastic round disc.
2.   same work and make other one 
3.   cross and use tape set in the middle
4.   use pin tie in the tape of middle
5. the extra pin tie in a had rubber pencil

• Go to the measuring place and set up your wind gauge.
• Make sure everyone in your group is ready to start their roles.
• Record how many times it spins and record it in the table below.

How do we work in this laboratory?

1. Beginning and End of class: Lining up, Entry, Seating, 
2. Equipment tray: equipment list and details.

• Test tube_use for most experiments using liquid.They have a bung that goes in the top.
• Conical Flask- used for experiments with liquid up to 150 m.The flask has a rubber bung for the top and the glass is heat proof.
• Glass Stirring rod- A 20cm glass rod to stir and mix any liquids together.
• Test tube tongs- These are used to hold a hot test tube after an experiment.
• Spatula-For holding very small amounts of chemical powders
• Funnel
• Measuring Cylinder-this is used to meausre liquids for experiments.The liquids will be poured to beaker or test tube once measured out.

ACIDIFICATION

DEFINITION:oceans acidification,be break ocean

What is happening to the oceans?

The exhaust emissions in to sky,is too much Co2 in sky,ice melted the sea-level rise.

What does this do to shellfish?

HOW DOES CLIMATE CHANGE CONTRIBUTE TO THE ACIDIFICATION OF OUR OCEANS?

Climate change can to clean water of sea ,acidification will to break shellfish and coral,climate change is to slow down ocean be acidification to save ocean.

If all the ice melted what would happen?
