2 ways of eat healthy food .
1 Every day ,every time to eat vegetable ,they are to give vitamins and minerals,they are to keep human life and to make body health .The healthy food are to give human need nutrient and to keep healthy.
2  Reduce meat
In meat had human need protein ,nutrient but can't lot,if you did,you fat.
With vegetable together is real healthy food.
